I’m a devoted mother of two and a birth doula walking the path of traditional birth keeping.

My own births deeply shaped the way I approach this work. I believe birth is both a physiologic process and a meaningful rite of passage, something that unfolds best when it is respected, understood, and supported with steady care.

As your doula, I offer grounded, evidence-based support while honoring the sacredness of your experience. I trust in a woman’s innate wisdom and in the body’s design for birth. I also value informed decision-making, thoughtful preparation, and collaborative care so you can move through your pregnancy and birth feeling confident, supported and at ease.
